Mental Health Videos That Can Better Your Understanding.

This blog post is where you can get a deeper understanding of what mental health is and what you can do. There are also some very important tips that can be helpful.

This Video is an example of what people struggle with and how they asked for help and how they cope. There are many great points in the video, Sasha said "You can't tell how someone feels just by looking at them or what they share online to the outside world. Our lives may look perfect even if in reality they aren't". It's very true, a lot of people don't show how they really feel or how they are feeling. Talking to someone about how you're feeling can help but there are many other things you can do. Just do what you love doing. If you don't like talking about your feelings use different ways to express them, safely.


 

This second video is honestly a great example of asking for help and it's very friendly. It makes you think and really puts things into perspective. There are a lot of things going on with others and maybe checking up on other individuals can benefit both of you. Maybe that's all you need, just reassurance and comfort. I know for me I am able to talk to others about what I'm going through and when we both open up to each other, we both feel a little better afterwards.


 

Social Media is such a big thing for Mental Health. It affects our mentality and there is a lot of negativity on there. Most people now struggle with relationships and going out and being with people. They want to be isolated because they feel lonely, but you're not lonely. Someone will always be there for you. Towards the end of the video, there are some helpful tips on what you can do instead of being on social media. Your mental health is very important, don't spend hours on social media.
